Hi, I’m Jess
I am a therapist who uses a holistic approach to support individuals and couples through life transitions, career and education shifts, loss, grief, and trauma. I often work with clients who hope to relieve their current triggers and stressors, feel less anxiety and improve their relationship with themselves. I am based in the Bay Area and serve clients in person and via telehealth throughout California.
My approach is holistic and collaborative allowing us to explore what it means to move forward in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you. I am trained in EMDR therapy, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and EFT for couples.
In our weekly sessions, you can expect a safe and supportive environment where we work together to navigate your experiences with gentleness, humor, and grounding. My goal is to facilitate a collaborative journey that can be a truly transformative. While there are no quick fixes, my clients often report feeling a sense of relief after just a few sessions.
