Hi, I’m Jess

I work with adults and couples in Berkeley, Oakland, Lafayette, and virtually across California. My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a belief that we each carry more internal wisdom than we realize. I often support women, new parents, artists, LGBTQIA+ and gender diverse folks, men, and people in the perinatal period, as well as individuals in their 20s and 30s navigating the launching phase of adulthood, identity shifts, and career transitions.
