About Jess
Hi, I’m Jess. I’m an EMDR-trained therapist with a background in the visual arts and education. I came to this work because therapy changed my life. After navigating my own experiences of birth trauma and pregnancy loss, I understand how finding the right therapist can truly transform your path. I specialize in helping people who’ve experienced anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, and loss, as well as supporting couples, individuals, and young adults. I also specialize in supporting the prenatal, postpartum, and new parent communities. As a parent of a 3.5 year old and a 6-month old, I know intimately how challenging the early days of parenthood can feel.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where we can work together to help you break free from what’s holding you back—whether that’s a life transition, relationship struggle, or feelings of anxiety, stress, or depression. My approach is rooted in compassion and flexibility, integrating tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, IFS, EFT, and Somatic Experiencing. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow.
Outside of this work, you’ll find me printmaking and illustrating, cooking, and exploring the California wilds with my family.
